yes, its because they can be hard to remove and there is always a risk that damage could be caused to kitchen units and flooring trying to remove it.if you remove it and put it back then most people will then come and fix it for you.you take the risk of damaging units/floor removing it instead of engineer and that makes us happier as people are so quick to put a claim against us for damage that is so hard to avoid because of installation
