Hi, i have a fridge freezer , frostfree , hotpoint. and the freezer has stoped working and fridge is freezing all the goods and it as start making eis now

same problem with mine. took it apart a bit and found that the circulation fan (behind the freezer back panel) has stopped working. without the air flowing it won't freeze anything in the freezer. am trying to find a replacement fan.... wish me luck!

we have same problem with our Hotpoint and switched it off for longish period. The Freezer high temp light is still on and the fridge still freezes everything.
Did you find anything else which worked?
