White Westinghouse Element change?

Could someone tell me how to change the element in a white westinghouse built in multifunction oven...I have taken the oven out of frame and came across a load of insulation at this point i loose my nerve.Looking on the inside of the oven the element is hidden from view to the bottom of the oven...i have not taken the insullation off yet...what will i find after this ...do i need any special tools...?

Thanks for reading and replying.

Thought id give it ago and battle my nerves...took back plate off oven 6 screws in all....at the base of the oven the element is located with 1 screw either side....undo these 2 screws and gently easy the element out...it took about 5 mins tops.

The model number of oven is 203101

Its a 600mm wide Multifunction Oven made by White-Westinghouse.

Just 1 more quick point to make...White-Westinghouse is a poor make in my view....this oven is 4 years old and its on its 3rd element...i have also had to replace a Built in fridgefreezer after 4 years of use from the same firm...I would urge anyone to stay well clear of this make, it will save you money in the long-run.
