Replacing the Thetford C2 pump?

How do I replace the pump on the Thetford C2 toilet. I can't seem to locate it without dismantling the whole toilet.

Drain off the flushing tank into a bucket. LIft out the toilet roll holder using a pair of grips. Directly underneath you will see a plastic tube and a rubber enclosed electric cable coming from the pump. A small phillips head screw holds the pump housing. Use a magnetic screw driver and take it out. The pump will then lift out as there is plenty of slack in the tube and cable to allow this. A flash light may be needed to see everything more clearly. Before you cut the electric cable I advise you to first check the switch as refitting electrics inside liquid tanks is no job for the novice. If you suspect the pump you would be advised to buy one compete with cable so you can connect back to the switch. Your problem is either pump or switch.
