MuCulloch Eager Beaver gas blower/vac?

Model 400048F
Purchased at estate sale without manual

Gas Ratio?
David Wanagat, October 2008
I have an Eager Beaver Blower model 335--120 Volts.
It is not working and I need to know the name of the "hex" style screws I need to remove to get to the part needing repain. More importantly, what type of tool should be used to take these out?

I have a older eager beaver needs a bubble fuel line and the lines. How much should it cost to repair and how much are the parts. A local repairman wanted to charge me 74.16. He said it's 50.00 for his labor. Does that sound like a fair price?

David,
I have a 24 year old McCulloch Eager Beaver Blower/Vac, Model 400048-06 and this is what
the Manual says:
"Use regular grade unleaded gasoline mixed with McCullouch 40:1 custom 2-cycle engine oil for best
results."
"If 2-cycle lubricant other than McCullouch Custom
Lubricant is to be used, it must be a premium grade
2-cycle oil mixed at a 40:1 ratio."
I also have 2 old McCullouch chain saws that
use a 40-1 ratio.
