the machine will not pick up off carpet.
there are no blockages, but cannot check if the brushes are going around. the suction is working but it will not pick up off carpets.
why can you not check brushes. turn on snap the bottom down as if your hoovering then lay it on its side and look
if not turning check belt or cluch if it has one thats a big knob on the side of the bottom bit check in right position as that stops the brush
