OBTAINING A BOILER MANUAL?

My daughter has just moved into a house in Liverpool and i live in the Nort east. She is having trouble getting the pilot to light on her Glow worm space saver mk 2 boiler. Any suggestions would be of great help. Many thanks, Maurice, Teesside.
