Bread falls?

Just purchased two Black and Decker breadmakes and neither is making good bread. It rises nicely and then when the baking starts or a little into the baking cycle the bread falls in. We have tried everything from increasing salt to adding more flour. We decreased the yeast amount, however nothing does it.

Have you read the instructions fully, yeast is what makes it rise, you have to leave it to rise in a warm place first normally.
