i bought afridgedairfrc185ff fridge freezer on 12 march2008 it has gone wrongh after 6 mnths the technician came a monthago but said it wanted new parts anew fridge fan fzr evaperator cover cracked,fzr sensor,all we get is they are waiting for parts we cant get any joy from huby electrical who is supposed to repair it can you suggest anything my wife says we need a new one as it hasnt worked properly since weve had it.

get onto the customer care department and tell them whats happened or go back to the retailer and ask for your moneyback.you have to give a company a reasonable length of time to repair your product but there is no hard and fast XX days that you should allow them so it's up to you to shout loudly and get it sorted.go into shop and demand to speak to manager
