The 2 screws close together are High Speed Mixture and Low Speed Mixture. The angled one is the idle speed adjust.

If you can start it, run full speed and adjust the H screw for best speed. reduce speed as much as possible without stalling, and adjust L screw for fastest speed. Adjust idle stop to reduce speed to acceptable idle speed (no chain movement). Snap the throttle wide open and check that engone accelerates smoothly. If it hesitates, back out slow speed screw 45 degrees and retest. If no better, put slow speed screw back where it was and back out high speed screw 45 degrees and retest. The screws are interdependant to some extent - it's a balancing act!
