There must be a filling loop near the boiler. Maybe underneath it? The filling loop is a chrome coloured flexible connection with a small valve on one side. Simply open the valve, watch the pressure gauge on the boiler increase from 0 to just above 1, you are going to have to bleed the radiators to let the air out and then open the valve at the filling loop again back up to just above 1 bar.
