A rug was washed in the machine which disintegrated in the machine and now there is water permanently inside the machine which does not flow away. The door release worked so that I could remove some of the water for safety but the remaining wtaer still will not flow away not even on a 'spin' cycle - Help anyone please...!

The filter is in the blk hose that comes from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump in the bottom of the machine
