there are two types of laminated brush sets, remove them so that you see what type they are, take off the wire there is a plastic latch on the holders hold this back and pull them out...! there will be some info on the packet when you buy them on the way you put them back in. if you can'nt buy them near you try www.theservicecentre.co.uk or and make sure the power is off and disconnected from the mains before you do anything in there....!. goodluck
