i have got a cd player from a scraped y reg picasso and when put in my 02 picasso it beeps when switched on.ive tried to remove the battery but did not work.is there anything else i can try before i pay citroens silly prices..

the radio needs to be recoded with your cars VIN to enable it to work, most good radio decoders should be able to do this.
