The whole area with pipes and vanes behind the freezer compartment removable rear panel fills with ice and starts to work its way out underneath that rear panel of the freezer compartment. My drain lines are all clear.

Be more specific. Do you mean the whole compartment ices up, if so which one freezer or fridge? Or do you mean that you get a patch of ice on the inside wall, if so exactly where?
