how can i fix my yamaha neos 50?

my yamaha neos 50 will start but i cant get any speed out of it.it has just had new rollers fitted,new tyres.it will only manage a slow walking pace.how do i go about fixing it and where do i start?

try cleaning the exaust (poke a screw driver down the end of it) 2-strokes are prone to carbon build ups
