We have a Miele Frostfree Fridge Freezer. F4 is being displayed and beeps - seems to be working properly though ? Any ideas please?

did you sort your miele f/f problem last year ?
we have the problem with miele kfn8862 sd beeps and f2 flashing,i think it's the thermostat,rang miele today and they want to charge £90 to send someone out,we paid £667 for our f/f they said they would ring me back when i said i think there is some EU ruling on goods that dont last very long-still waiting for the call back
