Hotpoint CTD40?

Hi My tumble dryer starts to work but after a few minuits the heat stops and all the lights start to flash on the front. the drum keeps turning but no heat any ideas?

Your thermostat has probably gone mate. it's some silly popper system, you can pick em up on e-bay for under a tenner if you look around.
