Hotpoint wf740 Drain pump leaking?

My hotpoint wf740 is leaking and the only place i can see wet in the back of the machine is by the drain pump and it looked a little rusty. do i need to replace it??

Yes, pumps are cheap and easy to replace. Pump removal: power off, remove cover, locate pump, (attached to other end of drain pipe).undo 2 wiring connections, 2 hose connections, and pump mounting screws.
