Can I have my ECU swapped on my Peugeot 406 HDi 80 kW?

My ECU (electronic control unit) on my Peugeot 406 HDi, 80 kW, 2001 broke.
I want to buy a used one and need to make siru it can be reset to my car (immo, key, ??)

Cant be done once the control unit is coded to a vehicle thats it and a new unit has to be coded to the vehicle by main dealer as this item is part of the anti theft system as well as the key and main computer that controls all electrical functions
