I have connected to the electrics but can't get past the first setup selcting the language and pressing ok, it just powers down and comes back up with the lauguage screen.
Any ideas please
try this; go to control panel then go to printers and fax's. click on the add a printer icon. when the box comes up click on ok and run the add a printer wizard it should allow you to install the printer all the way.
