Indesit evolution we165?

The display is showing H2O.Unit is plumbed in and mains pressure is good.
Stopped working after a heavy wash day (4loads).
Spin cycle is ok.
Is it a programmer fault? Any Help gratefully received.

Another reason the machine will fill up to maximum, is due to a fault with the small tube, leading to the underside of the pressure switch, due to it's location, between the drum and the metal side of the machine, the rubber pipe can become eroded, due to the drum rubbing as it rotates, against the tube, and over time will develope a hole, thus not allowing the pressure switch to recieve enough pressure, to allow the swith to operate.
Solution-Replace the thin tube,about a fiver

Look for an obstruction in the drain plug, located behind the lower panel on the right hand side, a towel at hand as some water will be present if the filter in clogged or jammed. I found a Hairpin which had jammed the filter allowing the tub to fill with water mid wash, displaying the code -H20, hope this is of help.

almost certainly NOT the timer causing any problem. Check and rule out all other possibilities such as pressure switch, heater, thermostat, motor etc. before considering the timer. Theyre pretty sturdy items not prone to frequent failure and quite expensive.
Check the pressure switch -the system that determines correct water level in the drum. Its a round item about 3 inches across with several wires connected, it sits under the top cover. Its an air operated switch which tells the machine water has reached the correct level. Disconnect the thin rubber pipe from the switch and blow down through it to clear any blockage. Switch itself may be faulty but its more likely the pipe is blocked.
Also check the filter - generally located behind a panel at the foot of the machine. Some are obvious like little square hatches and some are hidden behind the trim panel at the foot of the machine. Once panel is removed the filter should be visible. Its generally a circular plastic fitting which unscrews in an anticlockwise direction. Some hotpoint, indesit and ariston filters are located in the big black sump hose (the one that leaves the bottom of the outer drum and connects to the pump). Remove the back cover, locate hose, remove the tensioner clip by squeezing the tabs together, remove the hose, take out filter and clean.
