That is still a very vague question, as Toshiba make lots of Laptops and Speedtouch is a Thomson Brand name.
However let try again: How is your laptop connected to your 'speedtaouch'? Speedtouch what? Who is your ISP? What speed are you getting? Where and how are you measuring it. Why do you think that it is slow?
And I suggest that you put all that in a NEW question in the INTERNET section.
