my speedy will not stop smoking i tryed everthing decarbonizing all engine componets ticking over its not to bad but when u throttle it i have adjusted the oil pump and throttle cable to right specifications and took it for long rides still no joy any clues anyone

I knew a chappy that had a fix for smoking two strokes

hold it on full throttle until it stops smoking

but do not over heat the engine or you will cause big damage

the idea is that the airflow will push out all the old oil from the crankcase

if it still has power it is not the rings, why would a two stroke smoke more with worn rings

it is more than likely a crankcase seal that is leaking gearbox oil into the cases.

replace the seal, bob's your uncle.

you might need to replace the piston rings you can tell if theyre damaged by taking off the exhaust and look into the manifold you need to take of the crankcase and spin the casing which hold in the rollers

Needs new rings. just buy a Piston Kit, easy enough to change.
