how do i remove seized fiests spark plugs without snaping them?

would it be wise to run the engine hot 1st to expand the cylinder head???

soak over night in wd40 then run the engine till hot try to tighten them a little more then loosen them with plug socket and a good bar anti clockwise.

sounds really dadt but try doing them up first this will break the seal on them
