Where do add water to a norelco steam iron 513?

I cannot locate where to add water to steam iron

I have a 513 Steam Iron. There is a opening at the very top of the iron if it is standing upright on its end.

In the front of the iron there is a purple plastic thing where the water spray comes out of the iron. If you pour water down that plastic part it will go inside the iron.
