I always ask what did you do befofe the problem started?
but check that all terminals are connected on to the battery, check the fuses, check that the fuel pump has not siezed by taking it out and putting power to it (isolated from any other wiring). if it works,still test wether there is power at the wires for the fuel pump when turning it over, then I would check if there is a relay that turns it on and check the operation of that relay when removed from the bike.
keep tracing the wiring back until you find the source of the problem.
good luck, yamaha dealers have a good rep for training their tech staff, so take it to one of them if you can not fix it!
