Stoves heritage- wont light?

The top oven/grill flatly refuses to ignite and the bottom oven ignites but will not fire up into 2nd gear. Any suggestions please?

Bottom oven sounds like FSD problem.Check the top oven/grill has a spark where it should be.It could be an electrode or wire short.
