remove wheel, calliper, disc, disc shield then remove circlips holding in upper and lower grease caps, and remove, then remove cotter pin nut and spring washer, then screw nut back on till level with cotter pin threads and give it a good straight knock with 2lb hammer [should release it] remove nut and knock cotter out.you should now be able to knock out king pin. if siezed-make sure you support axle under stub,to stop it springing, find small solid piece of bar or socket put on top of pin and knock out with sledge hammer.when refitting make sure axle is cleaned so king pin is quite free and turns easily. hope this helps.
