I have exactly the same symptoms with my Lavatherm 330. I have found the drive belt has broken so the hot air is drying the clothes on the outside but as it is not tumbling the rest remains damp.

if you do cottons and synthetics together you will get this result.heavy cottons and jeans can't be dried with lightweight synthetics.just a thought!
