place a short circuit between TA and TA terminals, if it works check the room thermostat.
check the diverter valve , does it move to the central heating position. check the supply to diverter valve supply brown and blue wire in m11.1 and m11.2 - shouldbe 240ac. no supply change pcb otherwise diverter valve.
