I have the above that is showing two messages

1 has numbers (8 in total) and then says batt missing

2 reset required then four numbers

I don't have the number as it was not left by previouse tennant. Can the system be disconnected to reset to manufactures default setting?

Where can i get a manual as it was not left either.

9930 - That's just the keypad, the system behind it is likely to be a 9651 or 9751 Control panel, that' what you should be looking for
