veritas alarming to soon?

I have reset my veritas alarm,but now when i come down stairs,it alarms before i can turn it off,what can i do,please.

Re-programme correctly, that's all that is needed.

I assume you can do that as you said "I have reset my veritas alarm", re-programmed, is that what you meant?
