hi I've tried to get the flashing spanner off my dash board and it's put my car into some sort of test mode where all the lights on the dash come on and the speedo dile, the temp, and rev counter and fuel just keeps moving up and down I have no idea how to get it out of test mode please help (renault Megane 1.5DCI 03)

The garage that serviced my car were unable to reset the flashing spanner....why do people assume that the owner has been "messing about with it"

shoudnt have been messing about with it in first place.go through the same prosedure that got the test mode on, this will also turn it of. the flashing spanner means the car needs serviced.bring it to your local garage to get it serviced and the light reset by someone who knows what they are doing and stay away from it in the future
