Hi Sarah, F4 is a no drain fault.It is possible the drain pump is jammed or the filter is clogged.Is the base empty?You will have to look behind the lower base late and see if the motor section has water in as this can give the fault and also a faulty pressure switch can.If the pump works and the base has drained, I think an engineers visit would be preferable.All the best.
