if the pump is not emptying the drum properly the machine wont spin. Firstly - disconnect machine from mains. Remove top and bottom panels. Remove pump and check it isnbt blocked with debris. Check the pipe that connects the pump to the drum as well.If you have a mutlimeter then make a continuity check across the two electrical connections. There should be continuity. If Ok then check the pressure sensor - this is a big round switch with some wires attached and it is connected by a rubber tube to a small plastic bottle that is attached to the rear of the drum near the base. Remove the plastic bottle and check that it isnt blocked.Check also the pipe that connects it to the drum.If Ok then replace it and make sure the little rubber tube that connects it to the round pressure sensor is attached properly. If the fault persists then the problem may be with the motor or its control module or programming switch and if it is then you will need to call an engineer to test them properly.
