Hi Angela, you will have to take the plinth off, turn off the power at the plug and then take off the front plastic cover.look inside and see if there is water in it.If so, drain with a cloth/sponge and retry.If it keeps filling with water it will be an engineer call.Do NOT use 3 in 1 tablets with these machines if over 2 years old as it over foams and fills the base with water.All the best.
