Hi, My Dishwasher will not close. On Close inspection the door mechanism seesm to be in a locked position so it will not allow me to close the door? Any suggestions. Thanks Anna

hi this happened to ours so called out engineer who just unscrewed front panel and replaced plastic door catch, part cost only a couple of pounds but calling out engineer was expensive. in hindsight we could have done this ourselves! Parts available online or in local suppliers.
