How do you take the vertical carrier clips out and replace them?

If you mean the hanger for vertical blinds we usually cut the middle third of the stitches, this allows the carrier to be pushed to one side before pulling it downwards and out of the pocket. Reverse the procedure for the new one. Used to restitch but now found it isn't needed
