how can i fix my carburetor on a or timing on a gilera runner 125 4 stoke because it keeps flooding and start.

the only reason it will flood is a bad seat on the float needle or bad needle seat in the carb also it has a vacuum tap on the tank and should only allow fuel into the carb when the bike is actually running ok ,adam
