The thermostat on this side by side fridge freezer pulses the compressor for several minutes before finally making up its mind to switch the compressor on properly! The unit is working but I am worried that the compressor will not put up with this treatment for long. Is it the theromostat and if so where is it located?

trying ringing samsung uk as they have had a batch of faulty cooling fans which they will replace free of charge

this unit does not have thermostat it will be fault wiv thermo fuse if need one please email us
