How do I adjust my westminster quartz wall clock?

How do I adjust my Wesminster quartz wall clock. It looses about 7 hours a week and new batteries don't make any difference. The clock was bought new, about 2 years ago.
There are no obvious means of adjustment.

Really - you don't.
Replacement quartz movements are readily available and even with a Westminster chime are only about £27 - £30 and are simple to replace.
