why wont my morphy richards jet stream steam?

my steam generator hs all the power running to it and all indicators are working and the sole plate gets hot but it will just no deliver steam ?? any ideas

hi sorry your not letting off steam ha apart from the obvious that being no water I have had same problem
dif. model.my reason was over pressing the stem fixed
pressure button. another ive heard is limescale build up
& not using ionised water. Julie
