I have a 98 Omega 2.0 Estate fUSE KEEPS BLOWING RANDOMLY!?

For the last few months the fuse that is labelled K15 and that has something to do with the indicators keeps blowing, it is a 15 amp one, when it blows the indicators dont work but the hazards do, it may blow 2-3times in a day or it may last 6 weeks! initially it seemed to be when i had the heated rear window on but i havent used that for ages and its started blowing again!
Does anyone have any advice please?

a fuse will only blo because of a short circuit a piece of wire between the indecater swich or the swich to the relay or the relay to one of the lights is shorting ,proberbly the insulation is chafed through , check were the wires go through metel panels /baulkheads
