how to repair Ravens Boiler combie RSF84E?

At the begining the hot water was not comming on but CH was working.i have changed a diaframe and put all the parts together but now unfortunatly the boiler is not comming ON at all and i noticed the extractor fan on top of boiler not comming ON.
