vauxhall frontera 1995 LWB 2.4?

gears become more difficult to find during use. often reverse is very hard to put in place at end of trip.
is this a gearbox problem?

proberly not....check under the clutch pedal.... theres a metal panel spot welded to the bulkhead that cracks and flexs meaning when u push down on the pedal the panel moves and not the clutch
