SL8 G3 ( accenta ) strobe will not stop flashing?

The strobe light will not stop flashing even after the panel is reset .. Everything else appears to be working correctly as I can still set the panel ??? was fitted app. 3 years ago when the house was built.. Fitted by builder !

sounds like you have a short circuit in the wiring if the panel sets and operates as per usual.
