My PRO FORM AT 500 has suddenly stopped moving. The incline is stuck. ?

My treadmill has ceased turning. The motor runs but the treadmill will not move. The incline is raised and am getting three dots on the monitor. I haven't had the treadmill but 2 years and do not use it regularly.

try tentioning the walking belt. if the belt is too slack the rollers will run without purchase on the belt.
