Lubricate it or check the tension...
They just discontinued this model and you are limited on replacement parts. My speed sensor just went out after 11 months, because I don't have my receipt, I'm out of luck! $400 down the drain. Call Sportcraft at 800-511-4985. They can help you with anything.. except replacing a speed sensor, LOL!
