I have tried evrything. Followed instruction from telephone provider and still not working. There is no instrctions that come with the telephone itself
ID has already been activated by company, followed the instruction from fone provider (SKY) and it's still not working. Fone is a binatone veva 1210. Instructions doesn't help.

You don't say what phone you have. All telephones are different and so a generic answer is not possible.
Except to say theta you have to have Caller ID activated by your telephone company.
